they say it's no way to make things right,
I just didn't have anything better to do.
The dog was asleep on the living room rug,
and I watched a show about crime and drugs,
punched a bottle of jag until it was through.
I don't know why I can't sleep,
hell I just assume stay up all week,
I might get some things done while others dream.
If everyone should be together, why are so many left alone?
Anyone know this song by Shooter Jennings?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
BTW - getting drunk alone when you are depressed is not a good idea.
80% + of suicides involve alcohol consumption.
