We are here for eachother to the best of our ability.
We will not and can not have all the answers for someone else as we dont have them for ourselves.
We owe eachother nothing but respect.
I see alot of people on these sights who have feelings hurt here for one reason or another and it makes me VERY careful who I reply to.
This is supposed to be a place to vent and feel real. What I find myself doing is walking on eggshells here to.
Felt like venting - I hope I did not offend anyone but it was getting to me.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I just need to absorb and laugh at the moment and you all are really helping me get better...45678...I have never met you before...but I totally agree with you and support your "vent"...
