have just walked 2miles to try and give me energy boost but it has made me feel even worse. thought exercise was supposed to be good for depression. just want to go bed but cant.got get the littlen from nursery at 1. any suggestions that cen wake me up.xx

have you had a bath, I find that makes me feel better, wakes me up, and makes me feel refreshed....well to a certain extent, is only a bath after all.x

Caffeine, but it's not the best way. Depression has a mind of it's own, keep chatting on here, stay awake and pick up your little one. Then have a cuddle and a sleep together. It's not easy is it? Wishing you good rest and happier days.

dont drink caffeine folks. makes me aggressive. lol think if i had a bath i wud def be ready for bed then. not got the head on for my uni studies today. dont think i wud be able to concentrate.x

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
