Depression Support Group

I have been off of anti depressents for a little over a year and now I am going down hill again. I have a Dr appt Saturday and really wanted my husband to go along come to find out he probably won't cuz he is going to his friend Dave's to help him.
In our 24 years of marriage I have only specifically asked him to go with me, that was for this Sat and when I was first diagnoiced (spelling ?) with depression.
I just really want his moral support and it looks like its not going to happen again when I really need him.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Of course, we can never see it from their perspective.
It can be hard when our partners dont get the hint that we really need it, it maybe time to sit him down and directly say I need oyu here this Saturday as I'm not sure I can do this on my own. Try to be strong when saying this to him make him fully understand how much you need him there and remember that no matter what you are normal.
