I've been on meds since April- first time DX with depression at 40. I've been up and down... usually any one mood doesn't last more than a week. I also learned I'm very low on B-12.. so I'm getting shots- and they are helping with the energy. Doc also recently increased anti-depressants, but said if that doesn't work with the swings, wants to consider possible BP.. and start on Seraquel... I don't think I could be BP.. I don't seem to fit the descriptions I've read about mania. Anyone else have this come up? Even with the increase in current med levels, I am struggling...
