I feel like I am underwater, like everything is moving is a sort of fluid slow motion. And I feel like there is a pressure coming in from all sides, threating to squeeze the life out of me. And I feel like I am breathing thru a straw, can barey get enought air. Can someone please help? What can I do to make this go away, or what is causing this?? It is very uncomfortable (dont feel like i am in control), and i am on the verge of a panic attack.
