I have just been officially diagnosed with anxiety/depression which has probably been the result of my keeping inside a lot of issues I have been dealing with, i.e. family issues and sexual issues (unrelated). I have begun to take Paxil and feel almost completely better. Should I still go through therapy to deal with my past? I don't want to depend on medicine but now that I feel better I just don't want to revisit the past.
Has anyone tried biofeedback? As an alternative to traditional therapy, or with? Thank you!!
