Thats it ive had enough.
I will not end up back where I was 2 years ago. Depressed being ruled by agoraphobia and anxiety attacks. I beat them once I will do it again.
I am going to sort my apartment out as best I can then Im going to make a list of what I want out of life and how im going to get it.
Im going to write down all the things that are making my life unhappy and remove them or change them. This is my life I have to defend it!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

now, could you pass some of that great energy onto the rest of us....
However I realised something last night as I talked to my mother. I told her me being depressed is like a miserable person has come to live inside my head.
And its true depression isnt who you are and it isnt your friend its a parasite.
You have to push it to one side for just a little while and try to focus try to see what YOU want. See what you have and most of all you have to fight. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT!
We might only get one life one chance and in all the world theres too much to see and do and learn even if there are bad things even if theyre gonna make me cry I want to see them I want to do them. The bad things in my life have made me me! Have made me differant from every other person and while at times I feel alone and not understood I realise now that im like a rare butterfly interesting and beautiful and i can fly..... sorry for sounding like a raving lunatic but come on guys we have life! Something others cry for and have lost or have given up on but we have lets embrace it lets keep it lets remember depression does not define us!!!
