I just started taking Lexapro last night. My doc said it could be taken at anytime, but suggested I try it at night. I took it at 7:30 pm. I went to bed at 10:30 pm, and was wide awake at 12:30 am. I felt wired and tired. I got up and wasn't able to go back to sleep until around 4:30 am, but then of course, had to get up two hours later to get my son off to school. My question is this: When is the best time to take this medication, based on any of your experiences? I did have some nausea when I was awake in the middle of the night, so the idea of taking the med in the morning doesn't sound great because then I might feel sick during the day... although if I'm to understand things correctly, this side effect should go away after about the first week or so. Any advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
