well i have been referred by my GP to the priory - maybe for CBT but have to be asessed 1st.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Jade Goody was one of them recently but i have been referred to Bristol maybe as an in-patient for a while but have to go for assesment 1st.
I have broken down and hurt myself and cant carry on this way with nobody realising how serious it is.
It was a really big thing for me and i dont want to put on anyone or for them to get fed up with me so i loose them - my head is a mess
i was in the priory 'ticehurst house', in east sussex
depends if ur going to an inpatient or outpaitent assesment.
from my experience [inpatient] they will b an consultant, and a primary nurse, possibly a CBT manager
despite hype, the priory staff are so nice and most of them are very understanding, and again despite hype, most of the patients are incredibly nice
CBT is amazing, i had it when i was in there.
