Anyone ever played it?
You take a cereal box and:
Version 1 (BALANCE): Standing on one leg, and with only the one foot in contact with the floor, the aim is to lower your face down to the cereal box and pick it up in your mouth. You can't touch anything, the only thing you can touch is the floor with your single foot.
Version 2 (FLEXIBILITY): Both feet can be in contact with the floor, but nothing else (No using hands to balance with!)
------------------------------------------
After the each round, two inches are ripped off the cereal box. And the game continues. If you can't do it, then you're out.
I don't know of many people who have managed a great deal with the balance one, but on flexibility, the most supple people can literally lick the card off the floor.
Me and my friend were messing around tonight doing it, and I fear tomorrow I won't be able to walk. My approach was "the splits", except at one point my foot slipped. Ouchies!
Very very amusing game. Certainly not one for the competitive. I HAVE to win, and when i'd reached the point of pain, I still managed to go another 4 inches. Seriously though, don't overdo it!!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
LOL...I'll keep it in mind for the next party I am at. ((((hugs))))
