.... well rather cats, plural.

My two are each about to use up one of their nine lives!!!

I've got one that I swear was a musical diva wannabe in a past life. There I was all curled up nice an cozy in bed drifting off to sleep when the "concert" started.

And where am I now? Wide awake, back on the boards, bitching to all you fine people. Thanks for listening by the way.

Miss Bryndal likes to park herself in front of the closet, sit back on her hind legs, whack her delicate, little paws on the closet door ... and sing. Let's just say she'd be best not to give up her day job.

Upon getting back up out of bed I've discovered that Mr. Otis, who I believe fancied himself as an interior decorator in a former life, has run toilet paper streamers up and down the hallway.

Anyone want two fur balls? Cheap??

Okay, so I'm chuckling a bit as a finish this post. Hope this will have some of you chuckling along with me.

We had one of the puppies do that with the toilet paper oncefound her by following the trail through the house.

I'm up too! My little black kitten Leo has been chasing my 85 lb chocolate labrador retriever around the house. It's really noisy! And I have to work tomorrow! Its amazing how pets can make you crazy & laugh your head off at the same time...

Ah, kitties. They are the best. One of mine has mysteriously taken to licking my sheer curtains, leaving big slobber spots on them. The other ran into the coffee table leg while chasing his tail.

Lord no!! I have 3, the youngest of whom is the antagonist of the group. It also doesn't help that the hubby hops them up on catnip all the time. Anyone know of a place where I can detox them?

I find tufts of hair all over the house, and cant tell which animal they come from. I think it is hysterical when the cats have the hair hanging out of their mouths.

i used to have a cat named coon dog. he caught feline herpes once. i didn't know such a thing existed. anyway my vet gave me some pills to give him. i had to work one day so i told my husband (ex now) to give him his medicine. when i got home my husband said it took me forever to get that pill down that cat. that's strange i said, it's very small and i never have a problem with it. he looked at me and said the pill i gave him was pretty big. i ran into the house and grabbed the bottle he had used. I started screamin Oh MY God u just gave my cat prozac!!!! i called my vet and she said she had never had a problem like this. she told me to watch him close and if he stared to act weird to bring him in. he was fine just really mellow for a while.

To be honest patty I had a bit of a sputtering giggle myself.

I got this mental image in my head of your cat being stoned, and couldn't help wonder if it got the munchies later ... I know, different drug ... I'm overtired and giddy right now

We were dog sitting for my mom a couple years ago, and he is old and on lasix. My mom gives it to him in a treat. Well anyway, he spit the treat with the lasix in it out, my dog ate the treat, I had to call the vet, because I didn't know if it would hurt my dog. Then they both had a pissing match all over my house, because it was night time, and I was sleeping.

well, i'm so glad you all got a big laugh at my kitty's suffering. that was several years ago and i still laugh everytime i think about it. it was funny as hell.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
