I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
you don't have to let this ruin you...
Im glad someone helped you! There is a light at the end of the tunnel... there are many ways to get there... some are better then others... you can go in fighting all the way, or you can go in with an open mind, and take all the advice given to you (by the professionals)... if you don't think the advice is right, ask another professional. If they both agree... then say yes,
"how high do you want me to jump?"
