trait snapshot:
messy, depressed, introverted, feels invisible, does not make friends easily, nihilistic, reveals little about self, fragile, dark, bizarre, feels undesirable, dislikes leadership, reclusive, weird, irritable, frequently second guesses self, unassertive, unsympathetic, low self control, observer, worrying, phobic, suspicious, unproductive, avoidant, negative, bad at saving money, emotionally sensitive, does not like to stand out, dislikes large parties, submissive, daydreamer

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
in public. Anyone else?
Of course, easier said then done.
Hang in there. Depression sucks. It is a lot of hard work.
are you nice or cruel?
are you loving? giving? Are you on time or late?

If your traits bother you (and I suspect that they do), then you can work with a doctor to change them. Fortunately, I don't think they are as overwhelming as they seem. As someone else pointed out, most of them are related to depression. A change of attitude somewhere will probably eliminate half of the negative traits. At least you have a list to work from. All is not hopeless, of course. You can pick and choose which trait to improve next.
Big hugs. :)
unproductive... is another trait that makes me worry a lot...I tend to procrastinate doing things, doing them only at the very last moment, needeing to invent staff at the last moment. Yes, it hurts reliability, work ethics, and long term success. How to succeed though--- I don't know.
