I spoke with my therapist last week and she thinks it would be a good idea and I know my psyc dr will agree. I have short-term disability ins for up to 26 weeks. My biggest problem is my boss. I think very highly of her and know that she will never understand this. She has voiced before that she doesn't understand why people even need anti-depressants. I know she will think less of me and that bothers me.
