I put up a HUGE piece of butcher paper on my wall and for the past few days I write down all my accomplishments from "making dinner and not doing fast food" to "Renewed License". It's helped me a lot esp. since these past few days have really just sucked. Try it -it might help you too. It helped to get my critical voice to shut up a little bit so just that has made it worth it. Here's to trying!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
