I have completely changed my tune about the government lock down because of the virus. I spent the first few days feeling sorry for myself. Not because of the virus but because of other things. But I have formulated a routine to get me through and I love it!
Morning food shop followed by yoga. Read and personal study. Home workout followed by a jog in perfectly empty and now sunny parks. Followed by Xbox and a film to cap it off. I'm loving it!
Crazy how much things can change in a day! Hope you are all coping with the isolation. And if you aren't I'd recommend a routine. It might just see you through and keep you sane.
Also random add on, I think there will be an increase in divorces and break ups because of this virus. Space is important in relationships.
