Has anyone ever heard the saying, "laughter is the best medicine?" Well, I believe in it. Sometimes, when the kids do something silly, I have to think to myself "okay, did I do this kind of stuff at this age" or when a friend posts funny comments and I am down, I try not to laugh, but can't help it.
