You see the things in black and white. If your performance falls short of perfect- you see yourself as TOTAL Failure.
Wrong- Please youse your reasons to persuade yourself logically.
OVERGENERALIZATION- You see a single negative event as a never ended pattern of defeat.

Disqualifying the positive- you reject positive experience by insisting they do not count, for some reason or other. In this way you can maintain a negative belief that is contradicted by your everyday experience.
Emotional reasoning-you assume that your negative emotions necesserely reflect the way things really are: I feel it there fore it must be true.
Personalization- you see yourself as the cause of some negative external event which in fact you were not primarily responsible for.
a. You arbitrary conclude that someone reacting negatively to you and you do not bother to check it out.
b. the fortune teller error. You anticipate that things will turn out badly and you convinced that your prediction is well established fact.
