I received an email and my friend called Walter Reed hospital. They don't give out the cards addressed to recovering soldiers. They through them out not even opened because of 9/11. I thought this was a good idea to send soldiers cards. My husband is a Vietnam Vet and we are in 2.5 years fighting for his benefits. I agree we need to support our troops and I get angry tht the hospital won't give generic cards to the patients
