I find it nearly impossible to go to bed before 3 am. The problem is that I have really early classes this semester. I really hate that. And I can't shut my mind off. The longer I lie in bed trying to sleep, the worse my thoughts get. By the time I fall asleep I've freaked myself out so badly that I have disturbing dreams and troubled sleep. I'm exhausted from just going through the motions. How in the world will I get through this semester? Only two days of class and I'm already burnt out. Any tips for getting to sleep? Or better yet, suggestions for what to do during sleepless nights?
