My wife wonders why I spent so many months in bed depressed unable to work, help around the house, spend time with the kids but was able to get up and out to play softball once a week. As a side note, at the time, I felt the only thing I was good at was softball. I need to prove to her that what I was experiencing was normal behavior and part of my clinical depression. Any suggestions on where to find literature describing this exact issue?
