Something I've been thinking about...Do you think sometimes people have to carry their own burdens..to sit with emotional discomfort and pain? I mean, of course others care for a person but in the end, isn't it up to an individual to take responsibility for helping themselves..I am very compassionate, despite how this might sound-does anyone get what I'm trying to say..about the value of this skill?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
