I was wondering...do you guys think it would be better for a depressed person to be with a depressed person because they "get it", or would one bring the other down...I have found not too many people understand and to be truthful... its depressing and lonely....peace

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
sorry i can't be more help
i'm not sure either!! lol
my husband is not, nor ever been depressed. and he tries..but doesn't really "get" it.
BUT, on the other hand, my brother IS..and if i had to cope with his AND mine..daily..in the same house!! OUCH!
guess if i HAD to say...i would think...2 depressed people could tend to "feed" each others' condition.
not entirely sure. but damn good question. :)
