I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I'd be less trustful of adverse drug interactions and more attentive to changing the lights, sounds, touches, foods, smells, substances and whatever is present in your household that is lowering your child's seizure threshhold.
his siezures were really out of control...and he was spending weeks in hospital with daily siezures when he was off of meds, at least now he can be at home and has only a couple of siezures a week....
we have considered lights and sounds for a trigger and there doesnt seem to be any....at least none we can see.....
i question eveyday if things are being done right, but i have full trust in the team of specialists we have....its just so hard to cope with...
Sorry to hear about your little one, is he on meds for the siezures. Its so hard watching your child go through terrible things like that, my lad has had many health problems over the years, and in and out of hospital countless times. It does get you down, i'm surprised your hubby isn't more supportive. Does your child have other health problems as well as the siezures.
