I can't believe some of the things I am reading. Some get threatened because of they're avatar, they get threats over expressing they're feelings, I thought this was a place where adults could come to and share they're thoughts, heart breaks, and just everyday life ups and downs. I have only been here a short time and I already want to leave. We should be able to express ourselves any way we want to. I see the words fuck, shit, damn, hell, ass, etc. all the time. These are words of expression, and sometime they are the only words that fit, if you know what I mean. We should be able to use what we want as a avatar FUCK now ban me for that!!!!!!!!!I AM SICK OF THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!i AM OUT OF HERE!!!!!!!

This is a never ending battle between those who understand that part of the purpose of this site is to let us vent and say what we may not be able to say other places and those who are FREAKIN CONTROL FREAKS who only want people to seek help in ways that THEY approve of.
Like the rest of life it's never going to stop short of a paradigm shift to a higher level of reality so the only real defense is to ignore the assholes, keep posting what you want and do a lot of SMILING, drives them fuckin nuts when they can't get to you.

In a scene from Boondock Saints (my favorite movie) a character uses the word "Fuck" almost non stop for about fifteen words. One of the other characters comments, "that certainly illustrates the versatality of the word". It can be used to say so much.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
