Just read an article in the paper that was pretty sad. A mother and her 7 year old son were in a car accident, she drove off a cliff out in the desert just north of the Mexico border. She was pinned in the car, but her son got out and was wandering around when an illegal who had just crossed over found him. He went with the boy back to the scene of the accident. He spoke no English and the boy spoke no Spanish, but he stayed with him, built him a fire, and gave the little boy his jacket. The mother died during the night. Some hunters found them the next morning, and called the police in. They deported the poor samaritan. The guy could have got away if he wouldn't have stayed with the boy. Just makes me sad.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
