it is kind of sad that there are so many people on the depression community. I am in several myself and this one is the only one with people always talking. dont get me wrong it is a good thing that we are here to support each other. I am just saying it is kinda sad that there are so many that need support for depression.

in afew decades they will reveal that depression is normal and hapiness is infact a mental illness.

Well the more I read and the more I think about the state of things in this world, The further I'm convinced the world is a crappy place, so wonder people are suffering from depression in north America at what seems to be a record rate

In my experience people hurt people and society creates a lot of situational depression.

I think many of us drink too little milk and too much alcohol, we also consume too many anti depressant drugs that do not work in many cases

I had a lot of milk today and feel like crap but I find it hard to link the two. To be fookin honest. :P

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
