I'M AN EMOTIONAL WRECK AT THE PRESENT TIME!!!!!!! I WISH I HAD A THERAPIST TO HELP ME....ALL MY FEELINGS FROM MY PAST ARE COMING OUT...HELP..I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM....I NOW REALIZE THAT I MASKED ALL MY PAIN WITH DRUGS, ALCOHOL, AND LIVING A LIFE THAT WAS DISRESPECTING MY SOUL..AND MYSELF AS A BEING.....WHAT DO I DO IN THE MEAN TIME..I'M ON A WAITING LIST FOR THERAPY!!!!!!!!!!! HELP,,,...I'M SAD AND UNSTABLE!!!!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
u breathe, u take one day at a time (i know its a cliche bt it works), u talk to us, u talk 2 any1 around u that u feel comfortable with, and u try 2 stay away from the drugs n alcohol, and wait 4 help. xxx
Just try and remember things WILL get better.
