sunday is rememberance day, the one day of the year when we pause to think about the millions lost or wounded in conflict. those soldiers sailors and airmen were not warmongers. most were volunteers, barely out of school, whose lives ended before they had really begun. most will use the two minute silence to think about those who perished in two world wars. but lest we forget, lets offer a grateful prayer to the brave men and women now fighting and dying in the heat and dust of iraq and afghanistan. we salute you .

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
