Today I was thinking about relationships, and I had a few thoughts that I feel many people might relate to. What, for me, is the basis of my most valuable and meaningful relationships, whether it is a family member, friendship, or a love relationship? These words came to mind; unconditional love, trust, respect, honor, unconditional acceptance, non-judgment, compassion, empathy, understanding, honesty, intimacy, humor, great sex, (love relationship only, for me, LOL). I realized that these descriptive words have great importance to me regarding relationships. It also occurred to me that the relationship wouldnt work very well if these attributes were too far out of balance on either side of the relationship. Remove one or more critical attributes, and the relationship becomes fragile, sometimes even failing altogether. It also seemed to me that we humans are very alike in having these needs fulfilled in our relationships. In real life, it seems to me that we are all presented from time to time with the acid test of our love for another, or of their love for us. For example, we want or need to do something that is contrary to what our friend or lover wants or needs, and vice versa. We then find ourselves in the position of acting upon the attributes that make up a valuable relationship. Does our friend or lover treat us in accord to the attributes of a valuable relationship, and do we treat them that way? All thoughts and comments are welcomed about this topic.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
