Thing is I can't get behind the Rockies, so if the damned Sox win I'll root for them. I didn't realize it until about a week ago, but last summer the Rockies management made a statement that because the fan base was basically Christian, they were going to try and hire nothing but born-again Chrisitans. Evidnelty they quicvkly back-tracked, but still, that strikes me as prejudice.

Yeah, that wasn't a real smart statement to make. Hopefully who ever said that realized that he looked like an ass and was either fired or beaten (or both). I live in Wyoming and the Rockies are the closest thing to baseball we get here. I'd love to see them win the World Series. I hope they will regardless of whether the Red Sox or the Indians end up winning...
