this topic may be a trigger for those unable to eat red beans and rice, as its very good and will probably leave you disappointed with any other lame type of food.

I advanced a maturity level today. i think.

yesterday i sniffed a container of red beans and rice. cause... idk. weird. i just walked up, opened the container, and sniffed it. ive tried it before but never liked it. but something about the smell just got me.

we have this fast food place here in the south 'popeyes chicken' so i went there and got 2 containers of it. im setting around now eating a big bowl of it with biscuts.

i use to not like them. just wasnt my thing. i just thought it was weird that likes and hates could change so fast.

I make red beans w/sausage and rice every now and then and serve it w/cornbread. We love Popeyes too; it began in New Orleans.

I like Popeye's the most of all the chicken kitchens, ... their red beans and rice is very good ... nice smoky flavor. New Orleans food is excellent.

OMG-Popeyes has the BEST red beans and rice! I didn't try it for a while becuase of the looks of it, but when I did WOW I love that stuff. Ate it in Atlanta all the time, even in Korea (yeah they had a Popeyes on some of the larger posts like down in Seoul) but it was best in USA. There is a Popeyes here now (NE Ohio) but I have not tried it yet-it's a ways away, and I am trying again to lose the weight from my post-effexor fat binge. But I'll have to go there with just enough money to get some, soon!

We have popeyes chicken here too. I have never tried their red beans and rice but I make it from the package. Same company that makes the yellow rice, Vigo. I like black beans and rice though since I am not as much into the smokey taste. xo

when i lived in Indiana, there wasnt any popeyes. i had no idea they branched out so far. i knew they were in a few southern states. but i didnt think they were in ohio. kewl.

    over the last couple of days ive been being told that a physcologist and doctor is the only way for me to heal and help myself, which at first didnt affect me as much but now i seriously am having a panic attack and have absolutley no hope for myself that i am going to heal, i cant see myself healing or being happy and i cant imagine my life getting any better, it truly really feels like it is...
