Along that same topic of 'working out' and getting exercise - for several months I have been thinking about buying a treadmill. Going to the gym and using it always helped me, physically and emotionally. Sure, the weather is great outside people say to me. But the times of day that I have free to exercise are limited due to the time I spend caring for others and honestly, I always got a better work out on the treadmill in the gym than I ever did walking outside. This is a small apartment but I really think the benefits of getting something for me to exercise and burn off some of that stress . . . outweigh the down side of having to find a place for a fold up machine. Anyone else reap the benefits of working out or owning something similar.
