I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Also, you will want to use your journal to just write out your random, or organized thoughts.
Find those with similar interests or "issues" and make friends with them.
You can send a hug, flowers, high five to someone you think needs them, or if you just want to say thanks for being their.
this website has a chat too. If you are in real need and a friend in your friends list is online, you chat with them. Just put your mouse over their icon in your friends listing and you will see the option to chat.
Some will be able to dive right in and some will like to sit back and listen for awhile. Pick and choose what to do and when to help themselves.
