lately i have been going though a lot of different moods.
at times my depression kicks in a lot and then causes anxiety which has seemed tolead onto paranoia.
I just dont know whats going on, my head feels so messed up its unbeleivable.
I am training to be a councelor and voulentier for the samaritains, but at the moment im unable to do this stuff because of my depression.
I really dont know what to do or who to turn to, i have met a lot of great people on here that i can talk to about how i feel, but im finding it so hard.
Anyway i have babbles on for long enough now and probably bored everyone reading it.
Thanks.

Is it common to get your period every other month?
Posted by: wowwwowLast Reply: FailurebutFIGHTER(I didn't know where else to ask, this felt like the best group to.)Is it common to get your period only every other month instead of every month? I've had a normal period schedule until May 2020 where my period skipped a month. I wasn't too worried, I had read that it was completely normal to skip a month. In June I got my period for four days. Then this month, July, I haven't gotten it... -
theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
You know we're all headcases here so if you feel any better talkin to us go for it, it's all good and welcome ^_^
DISCLAIMER: Joke, get over it.
It feels strange being the one asking for help and not the other way around, im just not used to it i suppose
I am currently engaged aswell and im scared that if how im feeling keeps going on it might mess everything up
I love the work that i do and find it very rewarding, i love helping people and in a way this helps me a little.
But i have had to take a while off.
Don't ever be afraid to ask for help. It may feel weird, but imagine what the world would be like if nobody asked? There would be a lot of bottled up angst out there!
All counsellors have counsellors of their own so they can offload too.
