I just want people to talk about how they knew it was time for a positive change somehow. How did you figure out what you needed and how did you put your thoughts into action? I haven't truely felt happy in a long time but when I analyze my life, I find many things that I am lucky to have. I often feel that I just have to "snap Out of it" and just enjoy myself but I constantly have thoughts about what is wrong with me and what my life lacks.....
