I'm actually in a good mood right now, but I thought of something that will happen every once in a while. I've talked to some of my friends about this and some of them have experienced this. Just wondering if any of you have as well.
Have you ever been driving down the road and just had the random urge to drive into a tree/other car/off the road? You're not suicidal, but you just have this URGE.
Or maybe you walk by a cop and have an URGE to try and get his gun, not to hurt anyone, but just to see if you could do it?
Or you see a car running with no one in it, and you have the URGE to see if you can steal it.
A lot of the times when this happens, you have to just keep walking/driving or you might actually seriously start considering it.
...So, anyone else had this? Some of the people I talked to may be depressed so it's possible it's related to that, but I was just wondering if anyone else in the world has had this experience as well.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It might be a med thing. Some of mine have made me a little more this way than others.
Talk to your pdoc about it for sure.
I have planned whole death sequences in myhead before. I sometimes find that staying in bed and spending a day just thinking about whatever I am obsessing over (ie a particuler bridge or something) actually helps it to go away for a while. Just working it through and going over and over and over again. I think your brain actually gets bored after a while!
