Does anybody experience their depression at it's worse upon waking up in the a.m.? I can't even get dressed until around 1pm. (I drive the kids to school in my jammies! lol) By the afternoon, I'm better...and by the evening, I'm at a much more functional level. I've never been a morning person to begin with, but the morning is just awful. I also hate waking up to a very sunny day! (when I'm feeling so gray inside) Does anyone have any suggestions on how to have a better start to the day? Will taking my anti-depressant at like 5am help? Thanks!!
