Nanny--
yesterday she took my girl to her house, I had to go to work. But I did not allow to her to do that.
today-- she told she will take my daughter to playground and library. I went to store to buy stuff-- I met them at the store, Julia was fine, but.. Then I went to the next store and when I finished to pay, the nenny and Julia entered this store...I suggested to go to playgroud and/or to library and left.
What do I do:
a. Fire the nanny?
b. tell Julia-- how was your walk with nanny? I hope next time the nannny will take you to playground, library or other fun to do, otherwise she won't be able to come. See, Julia, the nanny agrees, noding her head.
c. do not tell anything and employ her as least as possible?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I don't know about involving your daughter. She is an innocent in this, and I can't help but feel you'd be putting her in the middle. If you do decide to replace the nanny your little one may experience some guilt thinking she contributed to it/did something wrong.
I have no experience with a nanny, so I would have to say that most of all, listen to your gut instinct as a parent.
I hope all turns out well for you and your little girl.
Now I care for children in my own home and yet I still have rules I abide by. Both parents let me take the children on my own errands but one does not want me to leave town so I don't. In any case I always keep my own running to a minimum of one brief stop.
Caring for these children is my FIRST priority and if I have to wait to do something of my own until they are gone I simply must wait.
I can't imagine this nanny doesn't get that! Any office job has rules like that and time away from the office is not allowed unless already approved.
One good conversation should clear this up. If not, find someone who will honor your rules. After all she works for YOU!!!
Not being rude, but your english isn't the best (and yes I am aware that it is your 2nd language). It may be that there has been a misunderstanding or misinterpretation in your instructions to her.
