I have always been scared to start taking medication. I haven't even talked to a doctor yet, but I am just curious. I am scared it will turn me into a zombie or something, because that is what I have heard.
But my question is this: how similar are the effects of Adderol and Prozac?
I often get sidetracked and unmotivated (mainly due to my depression I think) so I asked if I could try taking one of my friends adderol. Now, I know this is wrong and I do not plan on doing it again, so no judgements or preaching please. I was in a time of vulnerability. But the point is, the way adderol made me feel is kind of what I now expect of antidepressants. I wasn't really in a differant mindset, but the sluggish cloud of procrastination and hopelessness went away and I just felt normal. I could actually get out of bed and do what I wanted without any anxiety.
IS this similiar to the effects of an antidepressent?

Antidepresents take a while to have their proper affect. Ive had similar side affects for the firt few days on some of mine but the zombie feeling went away. If you get the right meds to work for you then the side affects shouldnt last long.

Try Paxil or Effexor. They both worked good for me.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
