I currently take 40mg of celexa for depression, and have recently learned about the benefits of taking magnesium supplements. Evidentally, magnesium glycinate when taken daily can help people who suffer from depression and anxiety. Have any of you taken magnesium glycinate to help with your depression/anxiety? If so, have you been able to reduce or stop any antidepressant medication that you are currently taking due to the success of magnesium glycinate? If any of you are taking magnesium glycinate, where can you buy it at?
