As a women, we can cry. We can let our emotions show at almost any time and it is acceptable. My question is really for the men. How do you contian your emotions? How do you not cry at times? Seriously? Aren't there times where you just want to let it all out?....I'm not stupid, Of course there is.
Thank God for being so stowik (sp). Thank you for for being so strong hard with us. I sometimes cry like a baby, and my husband just lets me. Thats the difference between man and women and I love it. You guys rock! So steady and strong. Thank you.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I do agree that more men should open up. Nothing wrong with that. They would still be strong and manly in my books.
At the same time don't let people "use" you. People that are sensitive or that can relate easily ( find a way to have some kind of commen ground with almost anyone.....which I think is a great trait to have)
The only thing anyone can do is not completey have their emotions dictate their life.
I learnt from a very early age that showing any sort of emotions, especially pain would only create more pain for me.
For me to cry, I gotta be breaking, for me to be at breaking is for me to be unsafe. I tend to have stratagies in place so I dont get there
some guys just don't cry much. and I don't think there is anything wrong ith that either. I'm sure they get their feelings out one way or another.....
Strong or whatever you call it, I kinda like how they deal with things. Sometimes to much crying and stuff doesnt help anyway. They have a way of putting more logic into things.....
