Ok, I have a female problem. Sometimes I have pain down there during sex, and occasionally it last into the next day. Does anyone know what this is about? Could it be from the miscarriage?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. And given the fact that it was recent and you are experiencing pain, have you had the doc check that it isn't retained products in the womb? it may be something simple like penetration was at the wrong angle or maybe your uterus is still a bit sensitive.
Either way, best to check it out with the doc to be on the safe side hun
Yes I would imagine that it will take a bit of time for things to settle down. Your insides might be a little swollen or sensitive at the moment.
Just as a thought, maybe extra lubrication and/or stimulation might work until it settles?

If there is nothing physicaly wrong then there is a chance the problem is psychological. Perhaps the miscarriage was so traumatic that sex makes you stiffen up and your muscles are to tight for good sex. Fear of becoming pregnant again and maybe losing another baby could be at the root of your problem and this would be even more true if whatever caused your first loss might occur in furture pregnancies. In either case I hope you get help to deal with the issue.
its probs because after what happened it has bruised you a little.
good luck and make an appointment for the doctor.
