I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I was on Zoloft and while the drug itself worked well for me from an emotional standpoint, I did have GI problems with it (but I was on a higher dosage than you).
too, ask your doc about the possibility of splitting when you take your dosages (i.e. 50 mg in the a.m. and 50 mg in the p.m.). When I was in hospital that is what they did with me and it helped with some of the side effects.
Also, when you take your meds try to make sure that you are taking them at the same time every day.
