3. Being with my fiance for going on 7 years
4. Living on my own
5. Going to school.
6. Coming as far as I have

9. For being there for other
10. For trusting people

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
1. I'm proud that I keep trying every day to do the best I can do for that day.
2. I'm proud that I try very hard to be the best my I can be.
3. I'm proud that I can say "I'm sorry" to my son when I make a mistake or when I'm not there for him.
4. I'm proud that despite my own condition, I still take the time to learn about my son's Asperger's so that I can help him deal with it as best as possible.
5. I'm proud that I have been able to deal my dad as well as I have even though he sets me back a lot.
6. I'm proud that despite my own problems and depression I can offer support to others here at DS.
