I am off work tomorrow so I am going to the docs, maybe ask for a change of meds and also discuss the violent mood swings I've been having over the last few months. I'm sure they aren't just natural highs and lows. Am also going to book myself in for accupuncture to quit smoking.
Found a letter this morning that must have come through Saturday, inviting me to a psyche assessment for councelling on Wed 19th, so am taking the letter to work to book the day off.
Finally, I am going to look into local AA groups tomorrow to try to stop my drinking. Once again this morning I have had a coffee then started on beer.... this has to stop!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I know you can beat this.... just try, each day at a time, little steps.
