I think that my periods of depression are related to PMS (sorry if this offends anybody). I just came to the realization that the last time I was this depressed, it was around the time of my last period.
It's not like I've been overly happy, but as of late, I've dropped to a really bad point where all I want to do is cry. I feel lethargic and just slow.
Anybody else experience something similar? Should I be posting this in a different forum?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Cuz right now I feel hopeless and I'm not really sure how to deal with things...

I'm trying to figure out how to track my symptoms. I don't have regular periods. All I have is the knowledge that the last two episodes are related to possible menstruation.
If I feel better after this "period" is over, than I'll know that's what it is. I definitely can't go through this every period because I'll kill myself eventually. :(
I think there are some natural minerals/vitamin supplements that you can take to help alleviate the sensations but I've not found any that do anything of major notice...for me that is other than to make sure I have a bit more iron and vit B over that time.
