I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Win what you might ask? Damned if I know - but still they seem to need to win - which translates into everyone agreeing with their opinion.
It was actually great to have a discussion about something other than how depressed we all are - it's that kind of talk that takes us out of ourselves and gets us involved in the larger picture - which IMHO is very helpful in dealing with depression.
Maybe we can try again?
Keep spreading the peace!

we saved the france in WW2 and now they want nothing to do with us.
they'd be speakin german right now if it wasn't for us...
we give 2 billion dollars a year to pakistan. why can't we invest this into education? and to other people in THIS country that need help?
as for 9/11..what exactly could anyone else have done? not like they do anything for us any other time, except take our money.
but i do give kudos to those countries helping us in iraq.
i believe the 9/11 victims wouldn't want us fighting...let's all just honor those who have passed on...and pray for the families
