Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I'm pissed off at all the hate crimes, but I know no one to talk to about this topic. There are Reference-only books at the central library branch, but by now I honest am not sure of the chances of getting beaten up on public transit or street on the way there. It's all pent up, with nowhere to go, nothing to do. On top of that there are the mental health things that need working on. The way I'm stuck in life and career. Health. Everything. And I am barely giving more than 2 hours a day towards things that contribute to skill growth or getting more work experience and therefore career growth. All of these, this big pile, is all pent up and becoming destructive inwardly because there is no one to talk to and nothing to be done.
